Pizza- corn tortilla, a tofu paste made from whipped tofu, veganaise, lemon juice, garlic, herbs. Then on top a tablespoon marinara, black olives, oyster mushrooms, baby bellas, and button mushrooms. All topped off with fresh mozzarella, oregano, and basil. OMG!!!
